Are you Industrial Rubber Supplies?

Yes, but we do much more than rubber. We changed our name in 2011 however we still have the same customer service, integrity, and professionalism as always.

Where are you located and do you have any other offices?

Yes, we have two offices, located in Perth and Brisbane. We are able to assist you anywhere in Australia.

What are your opening hours?

Our office hours are:

  • Brisbane: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Perth: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

What are your payment options?

We can accept cash, cheque, credit card and direct debit. All cash sales are required to be paid at time of purchase, and please remember that there is a 1.75% surcharge on payments over $500. For any queries, please contact our Accounts Department at our Perth office.

Do you deliver?

Absolutely. We can either use our courier (a freight charge will be added to the invoice) or we can organise delivery through your own courier on your account. Just provide us the details.

Do you have someone who can visit me at my workplace?

IRS have professional external representatives that will visit your work place and assist you with all of your product requirements. They have valuable experience, ideas and expertise to take your business to the next level. Please provide your details, and our team will contact you to arrange a mutually agreeable time.

Can you assist with a custom job?

Of course. Just speak to a member of our friendly team regarding your custom job or ask for one of our external representatives to attend, and we will do our utmost to have an answer for you within 48 hours.

How can I set up an account?

IRS offer you the opportunity to apply for a cash or 30 day account. Just download the Account Application Form and Trading Terms and Conditions. Once returned, we will endeavour to have your account opened within 48 hours, based on previous trading history. Please contact our Accounts Department at our Perth office, or email if you have any questions about applying for an account.

Why is my account on block?

Unfortunately if your account is not paid within 30 days following receipt of statement, we have no choice but to place your account on block. Once payment is received, the account is ready for use. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact our Accounts Department at our Perth office.

Do you install?

We do not install, but can provide easy to use instructions for you.

How much do I need to buy – quantity?

This will wholly depend on the product you are purchasing. If you purchase bulk, we are able to provide you a better purchase price. Rubber can be purchased by the roll or hardware/tape/sealant by the box. Just ask our customer service representative for more details.

What are your lead times on products?

We stock most items for immediate dispatch, however lead times can depend on several factors such as distance of freight, manufacture of custom parts or public holidays. Please speak to our customer service representative for more information.

Do you have the product or part in stock I require?

We have a huge range of products here at IRS and will usually have the stock you require. If not, we have the ability to source it for you and keep you informed.
