Shipping and Delivery

Your Order

Your order will be invoiced, picked and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of order.

Your Courier

Provide us with your courier details and account number, and we will package it ready for your courier. Remember to check with us that your goods are ready before sending your courier. IRS is not liable for the loss and/or damage of goods or property during transport or delivery by your courier.

Our Courier

We can organise our courier to make delivery and the cost will be added to your invoice. The price will depend on your location and the size/weight of the package. This can be a same day service (Brisbane or Perth) if the order is dispatched early in the day, or otherwise will be delivered the following day. This will take longer for customers outside of the Brisbane and Perth metropolitan areas. IRS is not liable for the loss and/or damage of goods or property during transport or delivery by our courier.


We provide an airbag service if required. This can assist with the expediency of your order however the cost will be greater than a courier service, and will be placed against your invoice. The cost of the airbag will depend greatly on the size and weight of the items. Please discuss this option/pricing with our customer service representative.

Pick Up

We are more than happy for you to come and pick up your goods. If you place an order for 'pick-up' at either our Brisbane or Perth Warehouse locations, please wait for our store to notify you that your order is ready. Alternatively, if you want to organise a specific pick up time, please call our toll free number 1300 767 567 to organise a suitable arrangement.

Please ensure your invoice is paid or your account is not on block. Any cash accounts will require paymentat time of invoicing, however goods left in the pick up area will be returned to stores if not collected after two weeks. Please see our team at our front counter to ensure you receiveyour goods and invoice in good order.

Free Postage

For items offering 'Free Postage' or 'Free Shipping', some destinations will still incur standard shipping charges. This includes locations not on the Australian mainland and extremely remote locations. Should your location be effective by this policy, we will notify you of shipping charges prior to shipping your item.


We delivery Australia wide and to New Zealand. Please note that for some (remote) destinations within Australia extra shipping charges and that New Zealand Customs charges, duties & allowances may apply. For all other international destinations, please contact us for a quote on shipping.

Please Note:

Authority to Leave Unless you provide an alternate delivery instruction, all orders will be marked with an Authority to Leave at the billing address given. IRS will not be liable for any loss of orders if the proof of delivery is provided by the courier. The proof of delivery is acceptable with or without the customers’ signature as authority to leave has been given.

PO Box Delivery We will only send goods to a PO box when the parcel is marked Addressee to Pay (“ATP”). This means you will be required to pay the postage to the post office on collection of your goods.

Dangerous Goods We are unable to send dangerous goods/flammable products via post. These goods will need to travel by a dedicated courier service. If in doubt, please contact our sales team to discuss.

Customs & Duties & Taxes The customer accepts the responsibility for any International taxes, duties or other fees which may be charged upon delivery.

Orders from outside Australia for delivery within Australia are subject to Australian duties and charges including Goods and Services Tax.
